Who is responsible

This site belongs to Luber J., author of Legalizando el Amor. I am a person, not a company with a data department: your emails are read by me.

What we collect

Only what is needed for the thing you asked for. Nothing else.

• If you sign in with Google: your name and email as Google gives them to us, plus an account identifier. We never receive your Google password.
• If you subscribe to the letters: your email, your name if you type it, and the language you were reading in.
• If you use the contact form: your name, your email and your message.
• Minimal technical data: your IP address is used in the moment to limit abuse, and diagnostic logs that hold no personal content.

What we use it for

• To send you exactly what you asked for, and nothing you did not.
• To reply when you write.
• To give you access to your private area and to whatever you have bought.
• To keep the site working and free of spam.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not pass it to third parties for advertising. We use no tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not profile you in order to sell you anything.

Your language and theme preferences live in your own browser, not on our servers.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the site, and only for that:

• Microsoft Azure — hosting, database and email delivery. Data resides in the United States.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with your Google account, and only to confirm it is you.

How long we keep it

• Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
• Contact messages: as long as the conversation needs, and at most two years.
• User account: as long as you keep it open.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show you what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. You do not have to explain why.

To leave the letters, the link at the foot of any email is enough: one click, no questions.

To delete your account and everything attached to it, write to me and I will do it within 30 days.

Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe that has happened, write to me and I will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, I will email everyone subscribed before it takes effect.
